St. Anne’s Clinic is the first program of Water City Care Mission, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Water City Care Mission was developed in response to Catholic Social Teaching’s Call to Family, Community, and Participation – that people have a right and a duty to participate in society, seeking together the common good and well-being of all, especially the poor and vulnerable. We're an independent primary care clinic located in downtown Oshkosh. We are proud to provide quality, culturally competent care to those we serve regardless of insurance status.
