ReforMedicine is an independent direct pay family medicine clinic and medical weight loss practice which might be referred to as a "cash pay" or "cash discount" medical clinic. In addition, we provide contracted DPC (direct primary care) to employers. ReforMedicine does not accept insurance for services but offers very affordable clearly posted prices for appointments, labs, and services. Our primary care medical provider team includes MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs. We accept new patients and no referral is necessary.
