Neighborhood Free Health Clinic (NFHC) is a free Primary Medical Clinic for uninsured, underinsured and financially challenged adults in Stoughton and all surrounding areas. Some services available to ages 12+. Additionally NFHC offers mental health therapists, physical therapy, diabetic foot care, pediatric dental screening for ages 1-5 years, monitoring of chronic disease states, prescriptions (no narcotics prescribing), and referrals. Tele-health available based on individualized needs. Phone triage available M-F. Messages and texts can be left securely, 24 hrs. For urgent health care needs, please call nearest Urgent Care or Emergency facilities. Walk-ins and same day appointments available 5-6:30pm every Tuesday except holidays.
