Holly Benson, MD, is a UW Health internal medicine doctor and clinical associate professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She provides primary care for adults ages 18 and older. Dr. Benson's goal is to help her patients live their healthiest lives. She offers preventive care such as annual physicals and helps patients manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and kidney problems. She also addresses acute (occurring suddenly) health concerns like pneumonia, abdominal pain and minor injuries and provides palliative and end-of-life care when that time comes.
