The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health centers provide high quality care by preventing disease and helping our patients manage their chronic conditions. Located in Milwaukee, Wis, Froedtert Sargeant Health Center offers primary care, internal medicine and specialty care for GI, LGBTQ health care, ENT, and plastic surgery. This location also offers X-ray and lab services. We believe that prevention, early detection and disease management are proven not only to reduce health care costs for patients, but more importantly improve health and quality of life. Current patients can use MyChart to schedule requests for an office visit. Patients can also use MyChart to manage prescriptions and message their provider.
