Birchwood Family Medicine (BWFM) provides careful, kind, evidence-based, affordable, whole-person primary medical care for patients of all ages. Members have ready access to their own personal MD - insurance not required. Instead of billing insurance, BWFM operates on a membership model where patients receive unlimited primary care - all for $80/month. In addition, patient members benefit from secure virtual care, home visits, and comprehensive ancillary services at up to 90% off traditional health system pricing - including in-office medications, lab testing & radiologic exams! We are a Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic. DPC is the way primary care was meant to be - a modern version of the town doctors from the early 20th century.
