Opening November 7, 2022 Our Salmon Creek 2 clinic is located just off interstate 5, and across the street from Legacy Hospital. It shares a parking lot with our Salmon Creek 1 clinic. Salmon Creek 2 offers extended hour urgent care. Clinic hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mon-Fri Urgent Care Hours: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Weekdays 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Weekends 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Holidays Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving Opening Early 2023: Ambulatory Surgery Center
