Neighborcare Health at Denny International Middle School

Our school-based health centers offer weekday appointments before, during and after school during the school year. We are closed when school is not in session, including holidays and summer break. When the health center is closed, students and their families are welcome at any other Neighborcare clinic for medical, dental and mental health services. Students can use any of our services after a parent or guardian completes and signs the registration forms (found on www.neighborcare.org) for the school-based health center. Completed forms can be delivered by the student or parent, or mailed to the health center.
