We are a Nurse Practitioner - run clinic for women ages 50 years old and above. We offer Preventative health approaches, which includes comprehensive assessment for all young and older adult health problems, hormonal imbalances, menopausal problems, thyroid conditions, cervical cancer screening, Diabetes types 1 & 2- management -CGM, breast cancer risk assessments, education and management. Screening Labs, imaging referrals and follow up on results as appropriate. Available to see patients at the comfort of their homes, telehealth, clinic, adult family homes and assisted living facilities.
