We provide medications for Opioid Use Disorder, like suboxone and generic buprenorphine/naloxone, sublocade a long acting subcutaneously injected buprenorphine (a month), Naloxone, Naltrexone, Subutex or mono buprenorphine in pregnancy. We provide nurse case manager support for pregnant and parenting folks. We assist with counseling, referrals to inpatient, outpatient, community support groups, detox, mental health counseling. We are not a primary care clinic, but will gladly partner with you and your PCP. We have worked as medical doctors providing care at detox, methadone clinics, the hospital, the emergency department, and family clinics. We are convinced recovery is possible and worthwhile. Your sobriety is a top priority.
