Michele Meinhart, NP, Master Esthetician and Instructor, and Owner I am a goal focused entrepreneur. In 1984 I graduated from The University of Virginia with Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After raising a family, I went back to school and graduated in 1997 from Rutgers University with my Masters in Nursing. I practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for several years before opening the first Starkey Medical office in 2003. Since then, I have expanded my business to two other locations in Salem and Blacksburg. I have also stayed busy creating my own skincare line, being active in local organizations, raising chickens, and overseeing Starkey Medical School of Esthetics.
