We offer free programs and services designed to help you take charge of your health, including: One-on-one wellness coaching, Group fitness and nutrition classes, Free health screenings, No-cost community farm stands and Virtual and in-person support. Many people struggle to find the right healthcare resources or make lasting lifestyle changes.
