Welcome to Preferred Pediatrics! We are board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and specialize in care from newborns to adolescents. The providers of Preferred Pediatrics can guide you through the intricacies of raising healthy children and provide recommendations and treatment when your child is ill. Our wellness exams begin after your child’s birth and continue through early childhood and adolescence. We recommend wellness exams begin at 2-3 days after discharge from the hospital. Patients are encouraged to be seen as the following intervals for follow up wellness exams: 2 weeks or 1 month of age, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months and then annually.
