Welcome to Next Step Foot & Ankle Clinic where your foot and ankle health is our top priority. We have four podiatrists on staff, Dr. Darren Silvester, Dr. Gregory Larsen, Dr. Sara Grzywa, and Dr. Carolina Van Pelt along with two clinic locations, one in Universal City/San Antonio, Texas, and one in Pleasanton, Texas.
