Michael Todd Wood, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon and laparoscopic surgery specialist with practice locations in Houston and Sugar Land, Texas. He’s well-known for his expert surgical skills and commitment to providing patient-oriented care in a warm and compassionate environment. This Houston native attended Rice University for his undergraduate education. He obtained his medical degree at the University of Texas – Houston Medical School and completed his surgical training at the same institution. Dr. Wood then received an MBA from Rice University. Dr. Wood’s stellar reputation as a specialist in minimally invasive laparoscopic general surgery has grown during his 20 years of experience.
