Founded in 2015, our clinic takes pride on being able to serve patients of all ages. We care for a diverse group of patients from newborns to geriatrics. Our clinic accepts walk-in patients, however, patients who have made appointments will be seen with higher priority. Walk-in visits are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. We are a primary care clinic, NOT an urgent care center or emergency room. Appointments are HIGHLY recommended, please call us to schedule. Please bring your photo ID, insurance card (electronic copies not accepted), any meds that you are taking, relevant medical records, and vaccine card.
