We are a family medicine practice in Ennis, Texas that operates under the direct primary care model. We offer concierge style service at an affordable price. Our monthly membership fee covers office visits in our office with no co-pays, most procedures that we can do in our office, access to the doctor by phone/text/email/video chat, and access to low cost lab prices. We also have plans for businesses so that they can offer affordable and accessible primary care to their employees. We are also currently accepting new Medicare patients. Dr. Kara Sjogren is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician.
