Hometown Health is the private Family Medicine practice of Darin Charles, MD. It was designed to be different. Hometown Health delivers first-class, high quality, personalized care, with the comfort and feel of an old-fashioned family doctor. We’ve replaced the traditional insurance model with a membership model, where members have unlimited access to nearly all of our services without additional charges or billing. This is a practice designed for patients, not for insurance companies.
