Hometown Health & Wellness of Texas is a Walk In Family Clinic in Huntington, TX. Our goal is to bring affordable, accessible, quality healthcare to East Texas area. We are a Self-Pay Clinic, and can see anyone age 2 and up with or without insurance. We work directly for and are paid by our patients at time of service, rather than insurance companies. We provide Primary care, Treatment of Acute illness, Minor injuries, Management of Chronic Health conditions, Wellness exams, and Physicals. We also offer Weight Management Options, including GLP-1 and GIP Receptor Agonists, Vitamin Injections, and IV infusions. We are open 8 am - 5 pm Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri with lunch from 12-1:30 pm and Wed from 8 am -12:30 pm.
