FSWCA is a community-based outpatient wound care practice that participates in WELS CARE, Wound Excellence and Limb Salvage. The goal of FSWCA is to work seamlessly with our patients' primary care providers, home health agencies, and other health care specialists to coordinate expedient, efficient and comprehensive wound care with cutting edge evidence-based treatments. We believe clear, concise communication and collaboration with the patient, caregivers and all treatment practitioners are paramount to optimizing patient outcome and providing superior patient care.
