Family Care Clinic provides primary care services to residents of the Texas Panhandle. Our mission is to improve the health of individuals and communities through exceptional care, education, and inspiration so you can live a happier, healthier life. In addition to providing primary care services, we offer chronic care management, immunizations, lab and X-ray services, occupational health services, hormone health and wellness, allergy services, and aesthetic services. Our provider team consists of Master and Doctorally prepared Advanced Practice Nurses, all of whom are nationally board certified as Family Nurse Practitioners and passionate about providing exceptional service to the communities we serve.
