Welcome To Our Practice Family Care & Wellness is a family medicine practice in Allen, Texas, that provides compassionate care in a family environment for men, women, and children ages six and above. The practice is spearheaded by both Tariq Mallick, MD, and Zayba Hoda, PA-C.Dr. Mallick is a graduate of the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine, and Zayba is a certified health coach in addition to being a certified physician assistant. Together, they serve patients from Allen and surrounding towns that include Mckinney, Plano, Frisco, Parker, Lucas, Richardson, Murphy, and Melissa.
