Carol Clinic for Family-Centered Healthcare is a faith-based primary care clinic founded and operated by Dr. Melissa Walker. Carol Clinic is named for Dr. Walker's late mother, Mrs. Carol Walker. Dr. Walker's mother suffered a stroke at the age of 52 and passed away after being in a semi-comatosed state for more than two years. CAROL is also an acronym for CARE, ATTENTION, RESPECT, ONENESS, and LOYALTY. These attributes were possessed by Dr. Walker's mother and it is her goal to exemplify the same in the care of her patients.
