Carevide is a local, non-profit health center that offers family medicine, treatment for acute & chronic illnesses, immunizations, physicals, well-woman exams, in-house labs, care coordination, social services, eligibility & enrollment services, and extended hours. Carevide accepts private insurance, Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare, self-pay, and a sliding fee discount for the uninsured. We accept new patients!
