Canadian Family Physicians was acquired by the Hemphill County Hospital District in June 2014 from Dr. Tony Cook and Dr. Cody Culwell. Drs. Cook and Culwell welcomed Tiffany Potter, FNP-C to the clinic in July of 2014. Dr. Anna Isaacs joined CFP on December 3, 2018. Beverly Stephenson, FNP-C became the newest member of our growing family medicine practice on November 1, 2021. Following the District’s Mission, our goal is to serve the region’s health needs through exceptional care in a compassionate environment by dedicated professionals.
