Natalie Baiamonte is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than thirty years of nursing experience. Karen Parks is a Medical Assistant who has several years of experience. We are committed to providing professional, compassionate, and personalized medical care. Natalie stands out from many healthcare providers in that she makes house calls for our patients who have difficulty coming into the office. We are here to take care of your family’s healthcare needs; we see ages 5 and up. A full service, on-site lab makes your visit efficient and comprehensive. We also offer weight loss and Botox programs.
