I have extensive training in trauma-informed, spiritually integrated therapy. Having an ear for “faith stories,” I provide a safe and inclusive space for doing deeper, spiritual work for those looking to heal generational trauma, the transition from one phase of life to another, break unhealthy cycles and transform life's challenges into spiritual stamina.
