With the understanding that prevention of illnesses as well as treatment of chronic medical conditions can both prevent complications as well as hospitalizations, AHWC strives to deliver affordable health care to the residents seeking healthcare services that will prevent and lead to a decrease in these potential detrimental outcomes. Our clinic will provide primary care to patients across the lifespan which begins at birth. For those in the community that are unable to physically present to the office, AHWC will offer the option for Telehealth appointments as well as appointments in the client’s home.
