Our outpatient clinic specializes in pulmonary (lung) and sleep medicine. We treat a wide variety of lung diseases: chronic cough, shortness of breath, lung nodules, COPD, asthma, chronic bronchitis. We also treat sleep disorders such as sleep apnea (when you stop breathing or do not breath enough during sleep), insomnia, and sleepiness during day time. We also do pulmonary function tests for lung disease evaluations and home based sleep study (also known as HST= unattended sleep study) for sleep disorder evaluation. Dr. Lata Shah also does Federal Black Lung evaluations for coal miners. We also perform Department of Transportation physical exams and employment drug screens.
