Club Level Healthcare provides personal Internal Medicine care in the Bristol, TN, and surrounding areas. Our services are provided for a yearly fee and we do not accept insurance. Your fees include unlimited visits and personal phone numbers of your providers to assist in arranging visits, in most cases, within twenty-four hours. Unlike a typical primary care practice which may have over 2,500 patients, we limit each physician’s caseload to no more than 400 patients. This allows our patients to enjoy unequalled access to their primary care physician. No gatekeepers, no red tape…just the patient and the physician.
