Our mission is to champion healthy communities through compassionate and responsive delivery of education, health, social, and advocacy related services. Syringe Trade and Education Program (STEP TN) is a harm reduction and education program for injection drug users. STEP TN is designed to reduce the spread of HIV, Hepatitis C, and other bloodborne infections, as well as, provide safe disposal of needles and syringes.
