Sign outside also has EYE doctor's sign and pink and white Crescent Wound and Medical Clinic Sign. Board Certified Nurse Practitioners and wound care certified for physician supervised wound care and advanced wound modalities. Other services include DOT EXAMS for CDL , Dot Non DOT Drug screening, Physicals pre employment, school, college, sports ages 14 and up. TB Testing/Covid/flu testing. Labs ordered and drawn in clinic. Medical Weight Loss and skinny shots when appropriate. AHA CPR, First Aid, ACLS, BLS, daycare pediatric CPR classes daily.
