If you have been prescribed anticoagulation therapy and the use of Warfarin (Coumadin), we’re here to assist you and your doctor in managing your treatment, with advanced Point-of-Care service. Our specially trained nurses provide you direct, personalized service. At each of your appointments, one of our skilled nurses will administer a finger-stick test to assess your body’s ability to form blood clots. Your test results are available immediately, and any needed adjustments in your treatment program can be made right then and there.
