Rainier Health Center is operated by Columbia Health Services. RHC is often challenging to find. It is located on the Rainier Schools Campus right next to the district office. Once you arrive on campus, you'll take the first right down the hill and the health center is the first building. The Rainier Health Center sees both children and adults for primary care. If you have health insurance, please bring your insurance information (card) with you to your appointment. PATIENT REGISTRATION Please ensure we have current and accurate information before you schedule your appointment. Our registration packets can be completed online from your phone or computer.
