The Canby Clinic opened in 1971 thanks to the vision of its community. To build the clinic, dedicated volunteers formed a committee to sell $5 bonds to residents, which were eventually paid back. We are committed to providing quality care for all ages, with an emphasis on patient involvement and communication. We take pride in our experienced, kind and caring staff. It is Pacific Medical Group’s mission to adopt the advancements of medical technology and science but at the same time, to create a welcoming, safe and unhurried environment.
