Founded by Timothy J. Gray, DO in 1991, the providers and staff of Mountain View Medical Center are committed to improving the health of our community, one patient at a time. We do this by viewing our patient’s care as a partnership, creating individualized care plans, and walking alongside our patients on their health journey. What started as a single provider office has now grown to a care staff of nine medical providers; including three doctors of osteopath, four family nurse practitioners, and two physician assistants. We offer care for the entire family and have specialized programs for healthy heart care, women’s health, and diabetes.
