We provide preventative services to well adults, we treat acute conditions such as urinary tract infections, the flu or injuries; and, we treat chronic conditions such as diabetes, COPD, heart arrhythmias, dementia and arthritis. Our providers specialize in caring for older adults and are committed to providing exceptional care that is delivered in a respectful, caring and culturally competent environment.
