The Wellness Clinic is a medical clinic run through a joint effort of the District and its employees (via the Joint Benefit Committees) to provide insurance-eligible 4J employees and their dependents with pre-paid medical care for routine needs. 4J Retirees and their dependents who are enrolled in retiree health insurance through 4J are also eligible to use the clinic. *Reminder* 4J employees and retirees who enroll in 4J/OEBB Kaiser Health as their primary health insurance coverage are eligible to use the clinic. There is no out of pocket cost for visits to the clinic but your insurance will be billed. Clinic services are provided by Cascade Health. Cascade Health is honored and excited to have the opportunity to work with you.
