MainStreet Clinic is a direct primary care membership clinic offering innovative medical care in the old-fashioned style of a personal physician caring for each one individually. Clinic services include complete primary care, with or without insurance coverage, occupational services for employers, paternity and drug testing. Brian Birdwell, MD earned his BA from Yale University, and completed his medical degree and Internal Medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma. Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Later training included clinical epidemiology at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland, and a vascular medicine fellowship at the University of Oklahoma. He served six years as a medical doctor in the U.S. Army.
