Seven P Healthcare Services use a three part process to pre-qualify clients and determine the need for specific services as it relates to the client’s challenges, behaviors, family origin and challenges, educational, social, and emotional challenges. Our company assesses each client, interviews each client and their natural supports, and complete a diagnostic/clinical assessment to determine service need. The purpose of Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) is to surround individuals/families with the services and resources necessary to promote recovery, rehabilitation and resiliency.
