We offer a wide variety of services including preventive, screenings, well child care, family planning, DOT physicals, drug screens, general prenatal care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, cardiac rehab, diabetic care and education, and much more. Visits are available by appointment only. Various vaccines available. We accept a variety of insurances; please call your insurance directly for coverage information. Flu shots, preservative free, for both adults and pediatrics available from 8:30am-4:30pm except for over the noon hour and do not require an appointment.
