Surf Urgent Care

About

Surf Urgent Care is a division within Surf Pediatrics and Medicine. We welcome existing Surf Pediatrics and Medicine patients (both adults and children), the Outer Banks community (including non-Surf primary care adults and children), and out-of-town visitors. We provide ONLY acute treatments, medical procedures, and laboratory and radiology services. NO preventative services offered, such as sports physicals, immunizations, DOT/employment worker compensation, and chronic-care follow-ups. ANY life-threatening conditions will be directed to the emergency room.
