A board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Salter provides wide-ranging care for the entire family. With a strong analytical background and research experience, he is dedicated to improving the health of his patients. Growing up in the Morehead City area, he is pleased to return to a small town environment where he can get to know his patients and positively affect their health.
