A community collaborative medical practice organized by Dr Rebecca Love, serving patients by referral only for population sets needing extra attention, assistance with resources or outside traditional office settings. We are not accepting new referrals at this time. This is not a pain clinic. Space in the same building but at front street address of 212 W Warren St Shelby, NC is used as a “One Stop Shop” for contact with social agencies on the first Thursday of each month from 11am to 1pm. Participating agencies are available to help connect with resources to resolve any deficits in social determinants of well-being.
