Main Street Family Medicine is a Direct Primary Care clinic. This means that for a monthly membership you have direct access to your Physician 24 hrs a day. This access allows you to know your Physician and for your Physician to know you. A comprehensive care plan including preventive maintenance based on your genetics and risk factors minimizing the use of pills treatment. Smaller issues can be handled directly with your Physician with a text, phone call or face time. Issues requiring an exam and/or procedure can be scheduled right away based on your needs.
