Small independently owned and operated family health care office offering an array of services including primary care, weight loss management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), wellness exams, Bio-identical Hormone Consultations, contraception, CDL exams. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, most insurances for all services including Medication Assisted Treatment. We see both patients 7 years and older. Cash pay options allow for affordable services, including in house labs, and simple procedures. We strive to maintain efficient and professional services while allowing ample time for all patients. We offer house calls to home bound patients at no extra charge within Ashe County.
