HealthFirst Wellness, PLLC is opening with 3 providers and full support staff to serve the rural areas in need of primary and immediate care services for both adults and children. We will offer Veteran Community Care affiliation, Occupational Health/DOT physicals and Worker's Compensation. We will have on-site labs & xray. Additionally, specialty services weight management, hormone therapy and IV hydration will be offered. Grand opening Monday, 2/3/2025 - Patients can sign-up online via our patient portal or send an email request for call back by our office staff.
