We started our private practice with an emphasis on wellness because we practice health care, not sick care. We believe prevention is the best medicine and provides the most cost effective, coherent care for patients. Telemedicine is also available. Dr. Jason Chiu is licensed to practice medicine in Indiana, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and performs remote continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).
