Shine works with children and their families to promote active participation, engagement, and occupational success. Occupation based learning allows children to develop the skills necessary to fulfill their roles in the school, home, and community through play! With a focus on occupational participation and engagement, we work to develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, visual processing skills, sensory processing skills, cognitive skills, executive functioning, and social skills. Our mission is to promote independence and engagement in everyday routines by addressing each child’s individual needs.
