We are a board certified Family Medicine practice striving to provide comprehensive preventative medical services and chronic disease management for all ages with a holistic approach. Both adult and pediatric patients are welcome, from newborn to old people. We do blood work, EKG, lung function tests and vaccination service including Covid-19 for both children and adults. We have ultrasound testing twice a month on two Saturdays. We do pap smear and mammogram referrals. We also do Immigration health exam(Green card, Form I-693), Commercial Driver License and TLC Taxi health exams. We have a licensed Physical therapist/Acupuncturist to provide services in the office for you. We do Covid-19 PCR nasal swab tests, turn around time 2-3 days.
